  • Where bills are missing, we could either provide you with accruals (we would require meter readings), or we could chase for the actual bills, depending on your internal policy.
  • Where possible, we would seek to consolidate supplies and contract renewal dates.
  • By utilising our procurement services, we could sort out the pricing and tariffs for each of the sites, ensuring value for money.
  • We would provide your staff with technical support for any aspect of your utility billing on email and over the phone, for the duration of our service.
  • At the end of the service, we will provide you with a report on your accounts, so that you are better informed about the state of your accounts and you know where you stand.
  • We would then discuss with you if you would like to continue with our billing management service.
