In addition to identifying savings, we have continued to provide The Morris Furniture Group, as we do all our clients, with a comprehensive management service for utilities. This includes monitoring costs, consumption patterns, call profiles, tariffs and discount plans. Regular reports are provided on unusual costs, billing errors, energy profiles and telephone call analysis.
Through this comprehensive management of gas, electricity, water, fixed telecom and mobile telecoms services we have made a number of substantial savings. Just checking bills thoroughly has saved the client almost £14,000 from billing overcharges. Our services throughout the last year have saved the client over £54,000, representing 14% of their annual spend. Some years the savings have been about double that figure.
