The founding directors, Graham Suttie, Mo Clark and Scott Arnott first opened Lebowskis Glasgow in 2007 and since then have demonstrated continued growth expanding the business to include 9 venues across Glasgow and Edinburgh. Each venue is different in style offering a variety of quality food and drink options ranging from fine aged meats and wild food at Porter & Rye to Mexican Streetfood at the newest venue, The Duchess of Argyle, which opened in February 2017.

The heart of the business is located in Finnieston, Glasgow, close to the Scottish Event Campus. Finnieston is an area that has shown significant development in recent years and Kained has been part of that growth incorporating the business values of integration in the local community, customer engagement and helping the local area.


Business Cost Consultants (BCC) was appointed by Kained Holdings in July 2015 to manage the energy and water services.

BCC has worked with Kained to provide energy and water procurement and assist with the ongoing management of the utility services and cost reduction. This has included the addition of new venues to the portfolio and upgrade of utility connections.


Through a review of energy and water services and effective procurement, BCC has successfully demonstrated cost reductions of up to £66,000 since our appointment.

In addition to this, BCC continues to check invoices, resolve any supplier queries and monitor energy and water consumption, to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.

BCC has been able to demonstrate significant savings through energy and water procurement and we value their independent approach to utility advice, ensuring we get best value for money from the market. Their expertise is also greatly appreciated in terms of technical advice and industry knowledge and BCC is a valuable component of our team as we continue to expand the business.
