Luxury hotel chain reduces both water and energy costs
Cobbs was established by Fraser and Jackie Campbell in 2000 and is a thriving group of businesses based at Loch Ness. The quality assurance of the Cobbs brand has proved successful such that the portfolio has continuously grown and now includes three hotels, seven coffee houses, three restaurants and Cobbs Bakery employing a present total of 150 staff.
Business Cost Consultants (BCC) manage the energy and water services across the Cobbs estate. The detailed review of services resulted in the implementation of various tariff changes and cost reduction measures. As a result, energy costs have so far been reduced by 13% and water costs by 14%.
“Our ethos at Cobbs is to deliver high value service to our customers and promote quality throughout the group. As part of this, we ensure the highest standards from our service providers.
BCC were recommended to us and have become established as trusted advisors for all our energy and water requirements. They have a professional approach, are thoroughly reliable and I am delighted with the financial savings delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
