Business Cost Consultants Launch New Database Software

Business Cost Consultants is pleased to announce that our new database system Phoenix goes live on September 1st, 2016.

We have been dilligently working throughout the last nine months, developing a bespoke database system that will revolutionise the way that we can manage our client utility portfolios, deliver tailored reporting and so that we can continue to optimise our management support for your business.

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s important to maintain and grow great business relationships with each and every client. Our new database system, Phoenix, will enable us to do that more efficiently than before. It will allow us to monitor each client on an individual basis, offering insightful data which ensures we’re always staying on top of the account and offering the best independent advice we can for the client.

Steve de la Rosa, our Operations Director, is looking forward to implementing the new system:

We expect improved performance and services from the day we roll out the new software. Whilst it makes everything more efficient from our end at Business Cost Consultants, the aim is that eventually, clients will be able to access their own portal of Phoenix. There they will have access to their own data. Phoenix will allow for clear reporting and analysis on the work carried out by Business Cost Consultants.
