Business Cost Consultants Appoints Former M&C Energy International Sales Manager, Don Allan, as Sales Development Manager.
Business Cost Consultants (“BCC”), one of the country’s fastest growing independent utility consultancies, today announced that Don Allan, energy industry veteran, has been appointed as Sales Development Manager.

Allan, who recently left his former post as International Sales Manager at M&C Energy Group, will bring with him over 20 years experience in leadership roles across a range of disciplines including communications, sales & publishing adding to the existing expertise at the Glasgow-based firm as they move into a period of rapid growth. During his time at M&C Energy, Allan was responsible for bringing in clients that collectively spent almost half a billion pounds on their energy, water and telecoms.

Business Cost Consultants specialise in saving clients money on gas, LPG, electricity, water, fixed and mobile telecoms. They also provide advice and help clients lower carbon emissions and reduce water consumption. Recently BCC has been focusing efforts on working with clients throughout the UK to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions, which has been crucial during the recent economic climate. On average, BCC has saved around 15% on utility costs for clients throughout the UK.

The company, who have saved utility costs for AEGON Group, Apex Hotels Ltd, Walkers Shortbread, Cala Homes, Celtic and Rangers Football Clubs, Shelter and many more organisations throughout the UK, have recently saved Maclay Inns – an independent pub company – over 16% on energy costs across the whole chain.
