Introducer program

If your company is able to refer any clients to us you could generate additional income for your business through our introducer program:

• For every customer who identifies you when we ask them how they heard about Business Cost Consultants, we’ll pay you between £100 and £1000 when they sign an agreement with us.
• We can provide a logo for your web site or you can use a text link if preferred.
• Even if you don’t have a web site you can participate in the program.

• We pay generous commissions for all of your customers who use our services as a result of an introduction from you.
• We provide all the back office and product/technical services needed to support you and your customers.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the Business Cost Consultants Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Participant" refers to you (the applicant), and "sponsoring website" refers to the website from which you will link to the Business Cost Consultants Website. Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "the Participant"; "we" or "our" refer to Business Cost Consultants and the terms "service" or "services" refer to the services that we provide. You can add or remove links at any time: You may add as many links to Business Cost Consultants, or remove such links, at anytime and without prior approval from Business Cost Consultants. Referral Fee Amount: Referral fees will be paid to you for every client who accepts our recommendations and signs a contract with us. The amount that will be paid to you is dependent on the potential savings that can be made and in turn the potential fees that we will earn. The referral fee will not be less than £100 and will not exceed £1,000. Referral Fee Payment: If you refer a potential client to us and he signs a client agreement with Business Cost Consultants, we will send a cheque for the applicable referral fee approximately 5 days after the 1st of the subsequent calendar month. A statement of customer referral activity will be sent to the Participant each quarter of the calendar year. Returns and Cancellations: If a referred client breaks the agreed contract with Business Cost Consultants within 12 months of signing, its referral fee may be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Participant. If there is no next monthly payment, the Participant may be billed. Order Processing: Business Cost Consultants are responsible for processing any enquiries that come through our website. Links to Business Cost Consultants from the participant should point to the contact page. A referral fee will be paid to the participant if any person accepts our recommendations and signs a contract with Business Cost Consultants, stating the Participant as a referrer. The fee will be dependent on the conditions layout out in the 'referral fee amount' section and will be paid to the participant in accordance with the details outlined in the 'referral fee payment' section. All of the rules, operating procedures and policies of Business Cost Consultants regarding customer enquiries will apply to enquiries made via our contact page. Business Cost Consultants reserve the right to reject any enquiry that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies. Tracking of Sales: Business Cost Consultants will be solely responsible for tracking sales we make to customers who mention the participant as a referrer. The Participant will be solely responsible for ensuring that the link to Business Cost Consultants is formatted properly, a necessary prerequisite to referring potential customers. As mentioned previously a statement of customer referral activity will be sent to the Participant each quarter of the calendar year. Promotional Techniques: You are free to promote the link to Business Cost Consultants in all the ways we recommend in the introductory letter you receive by email after you sign up. Examples of acceptable ways to promote the program are: through logos, text links, letters of recommendation in newsletters from subscribers or your client base. However, if you use SPAM (in any way, shape or form, including email and newsgroup spamming) your account will be immediately terminated! Any referral fees not paid up to the point of termination will not be paid to you and will be property of Business Cost Consultants. If you choose to promote the Business Cost Consultants Affiliate Program, it can only be promoted as a two-tier business opportunity. This program is not a MLM (multi-level marketing) opportunity and as an affiliate, you cannot promote it as MLM. If you promote the Business Cost Consultants Affiliate Program as MLM your account will be immediately terminated. Any referral fees not paid up to the point of termination will not be paid to you and will be property of Business Cost Consultants. References/Testimonials: You agree to co-operate with Business Cost Consultants in the development of the affiliate program. You further agree that you will allow us to use your company name in marketing collaterals and make reference to you on our website. Associates Signing-Up Under Themselves: We will not tolerate current associates signing themselves up as sub-associates under their own assigned referral number in order to generate the additional commissions for their own sales. If we find that this is ever the case, the account(s) in question will be immediately terminated and any referral fees unpaid since our last referral payout will remain sole property of the Business Cost Consultants Copyrighted material: As the Participant, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any links, or text about Business Cost Consultants obey all applicable copyright and other laws. You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted material. Business Cost Consultants will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted material in violation of the law. The Business Cost Consultants policy applies to all orders: The Participant does not have the authority to make or accept any offer on behalf of Business Cost Consultants. All the Business Cost Consultants policies regarding customer enquiries, including service availability, pricing and problem resolution, will apply to these customers. Business Cost Consultants is not responsible for any representations made by the Participant which contradict our policies. Product prices and availability: The rate of commission or any fees under this program will be determined by Business Cost Consultants according to our own pricing policies. Service availability can change due to volume of responses, and Business Cost Consultants will present the best information available to all sponsoring sites and its clients regarding service availability. Website service interruption: Business Cost Consultants will make every effort to keep its website operational. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. The Participant agrees not to hold Business Cost Consultants liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions. Trademarks, Trade Names, & Patents: You hereby recognize our right of ownership of all Trademarks, Trade Names, and Patents associated with these services. You will act consistently with these rights and act to preserve them. We grant you the right to our Trademarks and Trade Names in connection with marketing and sales of these services. Term of the Agreement: The Participant may receive referral fee payments on qualifying enquiries that are placed during the term of this agreement. This term will begin on the date that your application is approved by Business Cost Consultants and shall end when cancelled by either party as provided below. Payment of the final referral fee payment to the Participant may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid. The agreement may be modified: Business Cost Consultants reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our website, or e-mailing the participant. Cancellation of this agreement: Either Business Cost Consultants or the Participant, acting in their sole discretion, may choose to cancel this agreement at any time by written notice of cancellation to the other. Warranty Disclaimer: Business Cost Consultants makes no warranties, representations or conditions with regard to the program or, except as expressly set forth in Business Cost Consultants's then current service sales policies, any services sold thereunder, whether express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade. Limitation of Damages: Business Cost Consultants shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program, even if Business Cost Consultants has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Business Cost Consultants's aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed the total referral fees paid or payable by Business Cost Consultants to Participant under this agreement. Miscellaneous: Participant and Business Cost Consultants are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. Participant shall not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Business Cost Consultants. Subject to the foregoing restriction, this agreement is binding upon, insures to the benefit of and is enforceable by the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland without reference to its choice of law principles.
